Regardless whether you watch the BBC or listen to the BBC if you have a TV in house home you have to pay for the BBC through a mandatory licence fee. The fee has now risen to £169.50 pa that’s £14.12 per month. That’s more than Netflix or Disney+ is now the time to make the BBC a voluntary subscription service in line with the broader market and other providers?
